So I’m going to get some time to get this watchdog site going. In January 2013 there was only one issuance in Colorado for the Littleton Preparatory Charter School.
My intention is to post in conjunction with new charter school bond issuances and comment on the oddities and curiosities in the public disclosure forms found at EMMA. And along the way try to get some process to posting about the bond approval process at several of the large Issuers of charter school bonds. The level of honesty shown by charter school operators towards the people who might provide them money, in my experience, is unquestionably more reliable than what these charter owners and operators would show anyone else - including the public charter authorities, the state or federal funders and certainly their own parents.
I also will try to learn the Tumblr publishing tool too. So the first posts are going to be bumpy. Please bear with me.
